Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  THIS IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO BLANK, NON BESPOKE ITEMS OR ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET A REASONABLE PERFORMANCE LEVEL 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase i.e. your invoice or receipt. Please note that a bank statement does not qualify as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can use the Self-serve Returns option if a have created a customer account or  contact us at info@thecuteandthecurious.com. Enter 'Return item(s) and your invoice number' in the subject bar.

Your message should clearly state why to wish to return your items. You should also include your name and a contact number.

If your returns request is accepted, items are to be sent to, at your own expense to The Cute and The Curious Printers Co. Ltd, Bromley, London, BR3 4SF.

Damages and issues
All items are checked for quality and accuracy. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe any part of your order is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Care Instructions                                                                                                    

All items are delivered with clear washing and care instructions, where applicable. We cannot be held responsible if the provided instructions are not adhered to. 

Safety

Your order may contain packaging or items with small parts which can be a choking hazard, cause suffocation and/or injury. Warning notices will be sent with goods that might contain items which can cause choking, suffocation, or injury.

PLEASE EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO ENSURE THAT SUCH ITEMS ARE KEPT AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN AND PERSONS THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED AS VULNERABLE.

We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury or death caused by any packaging, goods or items supplied by us if you are negligent in following safety guidelines.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as, custom or bespoke products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If unsure, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Items will be exchanged or replaced with the same or equivalent product following our assessment of the returned items.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment minus any delivery costs within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
